Job Description

Asst.Manager- Client Servicing Sankraft Global is looking for experienced talent in Client Servicing & Project Management to manage client relationships and oversee the planning and execution of creative and tactical brand campaigns in digital and mainline media. This role requires excellent client communication, project management, and strategic planning skills. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion. Ability to understand brief from the client and communicate the same to the creative team, strong with follow-ups, both with in-house teams and the client side. High sense of responsibility towards deadlines and eye for detail. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless campaigns. Works proactively to provide the client's marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value through communication. Receives client briefings and analyses the input of the client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to produce a creative brief for the Creative & Media team. Ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable and ensures that they don’t exceed the given limits. Good oral/written communication skills (English) Good presentation and Interpersonal skills Zeal to learn and bring innovative ideas onboard Looking for a long-term career. From Advertising/Marketing Communication/Event Management Background Multitasker and Team player Education: MBA Marketing/PG Diploma. Marketing Communication/ Mass Communication/Event Management Min. work exp: 3+ years in an advertising agency/marcom agency.
