Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for engineering materials and project components.
Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, negotiations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with planning, stores, and accounts for timely material delivery and payment processing.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
Maintain and update the procurement database and MIS reports.
Support management in cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Skills

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Sound knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry preferred.
Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management abilities.
