Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Assistant Academic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with academic institutions. This role involves regular interaction with key decision-makers at schools, colleges, and universities to ensure smooth service delivery, address institutional needs, and foster strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions including schools, colleges, and universities. Act as a key point of contact to address queries, understand institutional requirements, and ensure service satisfaction. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with institutional stakeholders. Support the onboarding process of new partner institutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing partnerships and provide regular updates to management. Identify opportunities for expanding collaboration or introducing new services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements. Represent the organization at academic events, seminars, and networking functions as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to travel occasionally to partner institutions. Proficiency in MS Tools. A proactive mindset with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
