Job Description

Responsible to lead the automation & electrical agenda for India, inclusive of maintenance (internal or external), upgrades hardware or software on services and licence agreements. Lead and support deployment and upgrade of the Automation Solutions in accordance with the Group standards for primarily PLC/SCADA, but also for other Process Control Automation related applications. Coordinate and support local plants operational Automation& Electrical maintenance specialists Responsible for the generation of accurate maintenance reports via Power BI and maintenance dash board. Responsible for operating an effective maintenance Management Control & Reporting System (MCRS) Knowledge can line operation Preferred candidate profile : To support, monitor and facilitate all Breweries in related to Electronics, Instrumentation and automation of plant (Brewing, Packaging and Utilities) related areas. He would be the single point of contact for escalation for Electronics, Instrumentation and automation from HO level and responsible to ensure 100% reliability equipment along with plant team. OT & E (Operation Technology and Electronics) SME (India Lead)Role & responsibilities People Management Responsible for managing compliance to HSE in terms of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, Directly responsible for the active development of the area teams Responsible for developing and maintaining skills matrices, training plans and training records within the area Ensure local capability improvement through technical knowledge building on Automation / Electrical solution and component knowledge to specialists. Functional Specific Management In alignment with Group Automation requirement, is the owner of the Automation systems technical roadmaps, implementation plans. Leading and participating in various maintenance improvement projects Carry out technical diagnostics and automation / electrical troubleshooting - actively support their resolution for the plants Support & lead development for diagnostic process for automation & electrical installations, where applicable. Engagement of appropriate stakeholder in automation & electrical maintenance planning (OEMs, External specialists,) Generation and issuing of overhaul plans for plants related to automation & electrical requirements Coordinate investments planning with HO and CAPEX head for all electrical & automation topics Reviews improvement ideas with Maintenance Management team In coordination with Engg /Projects Execution Team, supervise/drive technical implementation of new automation / electrical systems or hardware upgrades/extensions in the local plant.
