We are hiring for different profiles in the Medical Billing Industry for our own captive unit based

at Noida Sector - 62. We require the candidates with the ability of multitasking and having a

dynamic personality who can serve the organization for the long run.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
• Provide World Class Client Service
• Engaged in handling calls of enterprises & different business units (Internal & External in US)
• Maintaining a daily report and communicating with our US clients on a regular basis. Creating functional requirements and data mapping specification for projects

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in writing emails
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
• Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheets
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
