Make appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer. Inform customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, and policies and keep the sales funnel in motion. I assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company. Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer. Overseeing timely delivery and payment of sales orders. Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers.
