Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at Visit Health, you will have a direct impact on the Customer Service process. You'll work as part of a high-energy team that's scaling across all Customer Service functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service by handling customer inquiries and issues via chat, email, and phone channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat, email, and phone channels. - Providing accurate information about Visit Health's services, appointments, and policies. - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in accomplishing appointment scheduling, personal information updation, and seamless platform navigation. - Addressing and resolving customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency. - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer support experience. - Staying updated on Visit Health's services and industry trends to better assist customers. - Striving to meet and exceed customer service targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (knowledge of Kannada would be an added advantage). - Previous customer service or support experience of 1-3 years (preferably in the Banking/Healthcare/Telecom/Service industries). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. - Effective multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software/tools. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Willingness to work in an office-based setting in Noida on an extremely urgent basis. - Graduate in any discipline OR 2nd/3rd year Undergraduate Student available to commit themselves full-time.
