Job Description Role: Solution/Pre-sales Architect Location : Mumbai Who are we looking for? An experienced Senior Architect with progressively growing experience in an IT services firm. Has had experience in large project implementation, understanding existing project architecture, creating new architecture and deployment of services for financial services domain, additional other domains not exceeding financial service experience will be advantageous. The Individual should be passionate about technology as well as domain and be comfortable in the avatar of a techno-functional consultant. The role will include understanding business needs, designing solutions, and presenting the same to prospective clients. This is a client facing role and will need you to be the key leader from a tech and solution perspective, conversing with CIO, CTOs and business leaders. To perform this role, you need to be collaborative in nature, build relationships with internal stake holders, clients and external vendor/partners. You will leverage your technical and functional expertise to design solutions that are most optimal and cost-effective to our clients’ needs. Your ability to work with our sales and delivery and identify opportunities resident in the customers landscape enabling us to proactively design deals is critical for your success as a Solution Architect. Technical Skills  An overall experience of 15 to 18 years in architecting, designing, and building platforms and solutions in multiple technologies.  Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, in building and delivering high performance and stable application.  Architecture and Design experience in cloud native micro services applications  Has architected and designed applications for high transaction volumes – Scalability & Performance  Understands security requirements – SSL, TLS2, OIDC, SAML, encryption  At least 2 years of experience in cloud-based application architecture and implementation  Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) architecture certification is a plus.  Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, Observability and Platform Architecture  Exposed with Agile/Scrum methodology is a necessary  Should be able to work with cross functional teams and practices with the responsibility to create & own the end-to-end solution  Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills  Expert level presentation skills to clearly articulate the proposed solution and its benefits Process Skills  Learn, internalize and follow Mphasis’ solutioning process  Communicating and managing technical stake holders across the board including external stake holders (Client, Vendors, & Partners) and Internal advisor/partners (Tribes, Practices & Delivery)  Capable of analyzing requirements, creating Business requirements  Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for data transmission, storage, and data access including documentation, testing, and remediation.  Collaborates with subject matter experts, leaders and consultants for solution review, feedback and validation of an optimal and cost-effective solution. Educational Qualification  Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
