Purpose

As GREMI launches its inaugural batch in 2026, the Associate Vice President (AVP) – Marketing & Admissions will be a founding member of our Marketing and Admissions team. This strategic leadership role will spearhead the design and delivery of integrated marketing and admissions campaigns to maximize student recruitment for flagship MBA and executive programs. Reporting to senior management, the AVP will champion GREMI’s brand, market presence, and partnerships, driving enrollment growth with a creative, digital-first, and results-oriented approach. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and outreach strategies for MBA (Real Estate, Construction Management) and Executive Education programs.
• Lead multi-channel admissions campaigns leveraging digital, social, print, and direct marketing to generate leads and conversions.
• Drive student recruitment through strategic partnerships, headhunting, events, and international outreach.
• Champion the GREMI brand narrative, ensuring consistent, creative, and impactful messaging across platforms.
• Analyze data and market research to optimize campaigns based on ROI metrics and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with faculty, program directors, and admissions to ensure integrated, student-centric communications and conversion journeys.
• Establish and manage partnerships with education counselors, corporates, and academic organizations.
• Oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, content, analytics), public relations, and reputation management.
• Implement CRM systems and data management processes to streamline admissions pipelines.
• Guide and mentor a high-performing marketing and admissions team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrable leadership experience in student admissions and marketing in a reputable higher education institution is essential.

Skills and Abilities

• Proven track record of successful student recruitment campaigns across MBA and Executive Education or equivalent programs.
• High proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and content management platforms.
• Outstanding communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams; entrepreneurial mindset ideal for a new institute setup.
• Strong network in higher education marketing/admissions segment is highly valued.
