As a client success leader at LogiNext, your role will involve resolving technical issues across the SaaS product suite to ensure the best service and support for our clients. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain SLAs and provide effective solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot application and software issues to identify root causes - Adhere to defined SLAs to deliver top-notch services to clients - Offer minor enhancements, production support, and technical assistance to enterprise clients - Monitor production alerts and escalate any system anomalies - Maintain ticketing tool compliance and report metrics daily - Work with the engineering team to uphold scalable and secure products - Manage and prioritize multiple work requirements, leading a team to meet deadlines effectively **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 10-12 years of experience in software development using Java, J2EE, Spring, RESTful APIs, MySQL, MongoDB - Proficiency in production support processes like incident management, call triaging, and critical issue procedures - Ability to write and maintain scripts for system monitoring and automate production support activities - Strong troubleshooting skills, root-cause analysis, SLA adherence, and metrics reporting for large enterprises - Knowledge of monitoring tools, alert escalation, and stakeholder management - Familiarity with ITIL concepts and technical aptitude - Willingness to provide weekend support on a rotational basis,
