Key Responsibilities: Hold a degree in MCA, BCA, MTech, BTech, or a related field. Possess excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. Train new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients. Manage and track client support activities via visits, emails, and calls. Document issues, resolutions, and actions taken for each case, keeping clients and the CRM team updated on progress. Identify and prioritize critical customer issues, escalating to relevant team members, including management, when necessary. Collaborate with customers and other team members to troubleshoot, test, and develop solutions or workarounds to address client issues and requests. Update user permissions and settings in the CRM system. Conduct in-depth analysis of CRM-related issues to determine the root causes and implement appropriate solutions. Deliver CRM training sessions as required.
