Experience: 2-4 years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent, preferably in Electronics Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering Job Type: Full time (Work from office) Job Location: Hyderabad Required skills Experience with one or more of the following standards is an advantage: MIL-HDBK-217F, IEC Standards, Telcordia, FIDES, NPRD, MIL-1629A, MIL-882D, ARP4761, NUREG, EN50126, and SIL Levels. Strong knowledge of reliability prediction and analysis, maintainability analysis for electronics, electrical, and electromechanical systems and components, and the creation of reliability block diagrams based on project specifications. Proficiency in safety procedures, Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and fault tree analysis. Ability to interpret schematics and system architectures according to customer requirements and design specifications. Experience with reliability software tools such as RAMS Commander, Itemsoft, Reliasoft, or Windchill Quality Solutions is preferred. Certification as a Reliability Engineer is an added advantage. Familiarity with product development lifecycles, cost estimation, manpower estimation, and quality assurance processes is a plus. Experience in the Railways, Aerospace, or Automotive domains is highly advantageous. Job Description Lead a team of Reliability Engineers, ensuring efficient project execution and team coordination. Manage RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) software tools and related services. Prepare data, documentation, and presentations for delivering products and services to customers. Conduct training sessions on products and services, and support the sales and marketing teams during pre-sale and post-sale activities. Effectively communicate and report in English, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, system engineering experts, and customers using appropriate technical terminology. Demonstrate flexibility to learn new skills and adapt to customer requirements. Be willing and available to travel onsite as per client requirements.
