As an Associate / Specialist, Project Manager at KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), specifically in the LS-SWIFT Division, you will play a critical role in leading high-performing engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions through cutting-edge technologies. **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for Technical Project Management of the CIRCL CIP program. - Collaborate with internal & external customers to define product and subsystems. - Lead high-performing engineering teams to resolve complex problems and build customer-centric solutions using leading technologies. - Integrate all subsystems and evaluate solutions to address target use cases. - Deliver solutions meeting committed performance specifications and production quality. - Manage complex projects following defined Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes. - Create and manage high-confidence project schedules with clear dependencies. - Provide clear and timely communication, manage risks, and re-plan as necessary. - Strengthen core team relationships through collaboration and negotiation. - Proactively identify issues, solutions, and allocate necessary resources. **Skills:** - Excellent project management skills, structuring projects and managing work streams. - Strong leadership skills, coaching, conflict resolution, and team-building. - Demonstrated software technical experience in developing complex products. - Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Agile, SDLC R&D development processes. - Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage complex project objectives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, and influence. - Proficiency with any programming languages. - Business acumen and strategic agility with technical cognizance. - Experience in semiconductor fab operations/manufacturing technology (optional). **Qualifications:** - Master's Level Degree or Bachelor's Level Degree. Please note that experience managing business or product development programs within KLA is a plus for this role.
