As a Credit Administration Manager at our organization located in India-Gujarat-Gandhi Nagar - GIFT City, your role involves managing credit administration related work with expertise in document management, limits, and team supervision. You are expected to have a fair understanding of regulatory reporting and MIS aspects to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of documents for corporate clients by liaising with Credit, BU, Legal, and external Vendors - Tracking covenants, monitoring conditions, and security creation, highlighting any gaps or exceptions to stakeholders - Maintaining effective custody of documentations and timely verification of security/transaction documents - Managing reporting and MIS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Vetting offer letters and security documents - Managing customers" expectations, both internal and external To excel in this role, you should have: - Managed credit administration for 8-9 years, preferably in foreign banks - Graduate or post-graduate in Commerce, with a degree in Law or Post Graduation in Finance as an added advantage - Thorough job knowledge, organizational skills, and proactive approach - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and possess basic computer skills You will collaborate with internal departments like Head Credit, business managers, HR, and Audit team, as well as external entities such as Credit Admin HO, Regulators, and Legal Counsels. Your expertise in credit administration and regulatory compliance will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our processes and ensuring a seamless workflow for all stakeholders.,
