Associate Software Engineer - Talent & Performance

Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 0-3 years of experience OR Diploma with 4-7 years of experience. - Good understanding of user experience design principles, experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools, data processing tools, and Human Resources systems is a plus. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are preferred.
