Job Title: Software Development Intern Hiring for one of our client Location : Pune Internship Duration : 6 Months Experience : Fresher Stipend : Rs. 11,000 per month Post-Internship CTC : Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of Rs. 4,50,000 /- Per Annum Eligibility Criteria Education: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, IoT, or related fields Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 Minimum 65% in Graduation or Post-Graduation Responsibilities Participate in the full software development lifecycle design, development, testing, and deployment Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Learn and apply best practices in coding and development Work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors Collaborate with teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Participate in technical training sessions, workshops, and code reviews Required Skills Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Team collaboration and time management abilities Preferred Skills Knowledge of Git, GitHub, or version control tools Understanding of databases and SQL Exposure to web technologies or APIs Participation in coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, etc. Recruitment Process Application Screening Online Group Discussion Round 1 Online Group Discussion Round 2 Technical Interview Level 1 Technical Interview Level 2 Final HR and Communication Round
