Your key responsibilities Conducted financial analysis and preparing financial model Preparing deal collateral such as teaser, IM etc., Identifying deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification MBA from a premier institute with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subjects Experience 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Investment Banking
