We are lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and initiating conversations with social ventures, corporates and other potential clients. Were looking for someone with strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and a passion for making a difference. As WeDoGood is a startup in the scaling phase, we want someone who will be able to own lead workstreams and work with the latest technology stack. you'll have the chance to build your career foundations in a high-growth impact startup with tons of client interaction and stakeholder management. Please Note: This role is based out of our office in Bangalore (HSR Layout), so if you're from Bangalore or if you're good to make the move, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Source leads from various databases and channels to identify potential clients. Initiate outreach efforts to engage with corporates and NGOs and generate interest in WeDoGoods services. Pitch WeDoGood effectively with different target audiences and tailor the pitch to address their specific needs and pain points. Articulate WeDoGoods value proposition and entire model during meetings. Build relationships with stakeholders and foster connections within the social sector community. Maintain a database of leads and client interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Utilize excel and other tech tools to manage and analyze sales data effectively. Create proposals and other documentation to support the sales process. Structure meetings, take notes, and identify next steps to ensure timely follow-up and action. Requirements: Someone who gains energy from talking to people and building relationships. Has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. Should have a knack for achieving targets. Focus on creating a win-win scenario for clients and WeDoGood. Embrace setbacks and be open to learning anything new. Has a passion for making a difference. And finally, loves taking ownership and driving initiatives.
