Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Renewal Management: Track and manage renewals of software, hardware, and service contracts (AMC, SaaS, cloud, security, networking, etc.). Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers well before contract expiration, ensuring timely renewals. Quotation & Follow-ups: Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal sales teams to generate renewal quotes and follow up on pending renewals. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify upsell opportunities for higher-tier plans, additional services, or bundled solutions. Coordination: Liaise with pre-sales, account managers, finance, and procurement to ensure accurate pricing and smooth processing of renewals. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a renewal pipeline, update CRM systems, and provide renewal forecasts for revenue planning. Customer Success: Address client concerns, recommend value-added services, and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic engagement.
