Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager-LAP Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Rural Banking > Assets > Mortgages Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India Additional Parameters Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in the mortgage/loan department Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs in Raipur, Chhattisgarh Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong relationships with customers Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage Job Summary As an Associate Relationship Manager-LAP, you will be responsible for managing and growing the mortgage/loan portfolio in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable products and services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
