To support the Registrar’s Office (RO) office needs across all academic programmes. To
Coordinate with stakeholders for collection of data and compilation of Records.
The primary responsibility of the job holder is to closely work with the Manager to support in
keeping the records of the students and Alums. Supporting manager on basic checks related
to automation process of RO.
S/He has to coordinate with Manager to check the historical data in SAP across programmes.
The Incumbent is responsible for logistical support for the distribution of Certificates for every
graduation. S/He has to support the Manager for the Graduation related data-checks across
programmes.
S/He is responsible for preparing Integrated Calendar and supporting Manager in Term Wise
Registration by preparing supporting documents.
The Incumbent should support in Enhanced Graduation Audit across programmes.
Knowledge / Education Specific Skills Desirable Experience
Graduate Degree, Ms Office, IT savvy understanding programme requirements, Record keeping 1 - 2 years

1 Graduation Related Activities: Support in graduation related activities. Printing of Certificates, Labels and certificate distribution 20%
2 Historical Transcripts Checking & Integrated Calendar: Extend support in checking the transcripts issued previously with Official transcripts. Updating the Integrated calendar on regular intervals and sharing with required stakeholders Support in preparing the required files to update in SAP before the start of term. 25%
3 Dispatching of Certificates to students & Enhanced Graduation Audit : Regular update of address collection from the concerned team member and dispatching the certificates on time and maintaining the data. Reconciling the status of certificates on timely basis and coordinate with alumni office for their contact details to dispatch them to Alums Extend support in Enhanced Graduation Audit 20%
4 Attendance Audit Thoroughly assess and scrutinize attendance records, adhering to programme policies and flag absentees with one week after the completion of the term 20%
