Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline) Open to both fresh talent and seasoned professionals! Experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus! Role And Responsibilities Source and engage with top-tier candidates in the US Healthcare industry (Nurses, Doctors, Physicians, Therapists, etc.) Conduct in-depth screenings to assess skills and qualifications, asking the right questions to identify the best talent. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specific skill sets. Use creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, networks, and databases to build a strong candidate pipeline. Find passive candidates and introduce them to exciting opportunities.
