Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and industries 2. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative sourcing techniques 3. Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates 5. Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses in the ATS 6. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience 7. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand job needs and improve hiring efficiency 8. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns Requirements: 1. Possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (agency or in-house) 2. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Show a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative 4. Be familiar with sourcing tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment 6.
