Your Day-to-day Activities Will Broadly Include Discussing the hiring requirements with different teams Sourcing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with different business units Creating a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles Continuously coming up with new ideas for recruitment and implementing them Who are we looking for? Someone who has 1-3 years of prior experience in recruitment who is smart, empathetic, and a hustler with a track record of getting things done who is creative and loves to experiment with new ideas What will you get?
