JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Associate Psychologist Division: Clinical Reporting to: Psychology In-charge About the Role: We are looking for passionate and dedicated psychologists to join our dynamic clinical team in Madurai. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of eminent psychiatrists in a multidisciplinary setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological case history taking and diagnostic formulation Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation Provide evidence-based psychological interventions including counseling and psychotherapy for both inpatients and outpatients Use appropriate psychological assessments to evaluate symptom severity and monitor patient progress Participate in training psychology interns and PG students Engage in community mental health awareness initiatives Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Participate in research activities What Were Looking For: Postgraduate degree in Psychology (Clinical or Applied) Strong interest in clinical practice and mental health care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to take initiative in patient care, training, and community programs Interest in research is an added advantage Why Join Us?
