What will you be doing here? Part 1: Workshop/Conferences/Events Operations (Primary responsibilities) Serve as the single point of contact for scheduling and coordination of internal & external operations for the workshop. Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue coordination, equipment setup, and faculty assistance. Handle vendor management, including catering, accommodation recommendations, transportation, and technical support. Oversee attendee registration, check-ins, and participant experience. Ensure smooth execution of the workshop by troubleshooting and resolving any on-ground operational challenges. Travel and be on-site during key events/workshops/conferences. Part 2: General Operations & Content Production Support (Secondary responsibilities) Assist in video/content production coordination, scheduling, and execution. Proactively coordinate with faculty to block studio recording slots and assist with their transport and logistics. Work closely with the Category Managers, faculty, and post-production team for content-related assistance. Manage vendor communications to ensure smooth operations Project management and timeline adherence to ensure tasks are completed as per plan. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in a smart and tactful manner. Who are we looking for? 1-3 years of experience in operations, event management, customer relations, or project coordination. Strong multi-team and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle last-minute changes. Prior experience in vendor management and logistics coordination is a plus.
