Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networx - Facets Pricer Facets - Claims and Facets - Benefit Configuration. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Facets Pricer to ensure accurate pricing of healthcare services. Oversee the management of Facets Claims to streamline the claims processing workflow. Provide expertise in Facets Benefit Configuration to optimize benefit setup and administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Train and support end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Participate in testing and validation of new system features and updates. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure alignment of system configurations with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for system upgrades and implementations. Support the continuous improvement of system processes and workflows. Qualifications Must have strong technical skills in Networx Facets Pricer Facets Claims and Facets Benefit Configuration. Should have experience in the Payer domain which is a valuable asset. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Should have a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Must be proficient in documentation and process management. Should have experience in training and supporting end-users. Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
