Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, providing clear communication and progress reports.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Office, Asana, or Trello.
