Associate Program Manager - Business Analytics & Data Science

As a Marketing Specialist at our company, your role will involve having basic marketing knowledge including understanding funnels, attribution, and KPIs. You should also possess strong Excel/Google sheet skills or be a quick learner, as we are a technology-driven company. Thinking out of the box to identify new monetization strategies for YouTube will be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Planning content on YouTube and ensuring its desired execution - Identifying monetization opportunities in courses and mocks and mapping them with YouTube - Mastering copywriting and ensuring successful execution in coordination with the Faculty - Analyzing trends, promotions, etc., for the overall optimization of processes - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for better promotion and execution of projects - Pulling regular reporting and analytics on our social media channels to uncover trends in the most engaging content, pulling campaign recaps, monitoring follower growth and engagement, etc. - Finding trends and making recommendations based on what is working in order to drive towards goals Qualifications Required: - Basic marketing knowledge (familiarity with funnels, attribution, KPIs, etc.) - Strong Excel/Google sheet skills or willingness to learn - Ability to think creatively and identify new monetization strategies - Proficiency in copywriting - Analytical skills to analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations - Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
