Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the team of IT trainers across various advanced technology courses.
Ensure training quality, curriculum updates, and adherence to academic excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill enhancement sessions for the team.
Research and develop new course modules aligned with industry trends.
Deliver expert-level training sessions and workshops as needed.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in teaching advanced IT subjects (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, AI, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
