Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Product Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective product training sessions to internal teams and clients, helping them understand and maximize the use of our solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves teaching, is tech-savvy, and wants to grow in the product training and enablement space. Roles & Responsibilities: Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers/employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions to help customers/employees understand the features and functionalities of our product. Customer Engagement & Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and escalate when necessary. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Provide ongoing support and serve as their trusted advisor, offering guidance and best practices to maximize their use of the product. Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect customer feedback and suggestions. Document feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales) to address customer needs and implement improvements. Content Creation: Develop and maintain training materials (e.g., tutorials, FAQs) to support customer knowledge and self-sufficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication) or equivalent experience preferred. Travel agency experience is a must. 4-6 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role or Tra (op). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and engaging training style. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
