Position Overview: As an Associate Product Manager for AI Platforms and AI Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in the development, management, and compliance of our AI systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our AI platforms meet business goals while adhering to legal, ethical, and societal expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI, compliance, complete product management life cycles, and product development. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support the roadmap development and execution for AI platforms with a focus on compliance and ethical use. Collaborate with engineering, legal, and data science teams to ensure alignment with AI-related regulations (e.g., NIST, EU AI Act, ISO, or other applicable frameworks). Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and compliance standards to inform global and regional product decisions. Assist in defining product requirements, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and prioritizing features. Develop and manage documentation for internal and external stakeholders related to AI compliance policies and processes. Monitor AI system performance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness in outcomes. Engage with partners, customers, and regulatory bodies to gather insights and align product strategies with compliance goals. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus). Strong interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or ethical technology. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and AI governance. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong initiative: self-sufficient; able to identify areas of potential improvement; capable of prioritizing and executing tasks to help the team reach our objectives Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
