Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about data driven decision-making, product analytics, and contributing to the success of innovative products in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with product managers to analyse product performance and define success metrics. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps. • Assist in building and maintaining product dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to gather and analyse data supporting product decisions. • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to collect insights for product enhancements. • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in analytics and product management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field from a premier institute. • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. • Passion for technology, innovation, and data-driven strategies.
