Associate Principal/Principal - Advanced Analytics & AI Integration

As an Advanced Analytics Consultant at PharmaACE, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and deployment of intelligent, data-driven solutions at the intersection of business strategy, advanced data modeling, and artificial intelligence for clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or broader commercial domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems such as segmentation, churn prediction, targeting optimization, and personalization. - Evaluate multiple AI/ML techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning) to determine the most effective approach. - Create scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate with business processes. - Work with large, diverse datasets, including structured and unstructured data from internal and third-party sources (e.g., Rx, patient-level, longitudinal, sales, CRM). - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data cleansing to prepare inputs for modeling. - Identify and address biases or imbalances in data that may affect model performance in real-world deployment. - Translate analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. - Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can add value. - Build interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to showcase model results and insights. - Communicate technical concepts and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and actionable format. - Stay current with the latest AI, machine learning, and data science trends and incorporate relevant innovations into client solutions. - Explore new data sources and modeling techniques to enhance model performance and insight generation. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in AI/ML model development and deployment. - Prior experience in pharma/life sciences is highly preferred but not mandatory. - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a consulting or strategic analytics capacity. **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Python, R, or SQL for data wrangling and model development. - Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Familiar with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI). - Hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting. **Core Competencies:** - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex problems. - Solid understanding of AI model lifecycles from design to monitoring. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High attention to detail and data integrity. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
