1. Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts. 2. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact demand, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, Python & Data Science modelling. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to gather insights, align on forecast assumptions, and communicate demand expectations. 4. Forecast Accuracy Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast error. 5. Demand Planning Process: Drive the demand planning process from demand review meetings to consensus forecasting, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and departments. 6. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service levels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 7. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to anticipate changes in demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly. 8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements to streamline demand planning processes and improve efficiency. Skills Required: Strong problem-solving ability - The ideal candidate should demonstrate structured thinking, robust analytical skills, and a strong orientation towards processes. Strong in Data analytics -Should be highly proficient in Advances Excel, SQL & Python Highly Action Oriented - At Myntra, we foster a culture that values proactive action and swift implementation.
