What would you be doing here? Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate on executing marketing campaigns and supporting both digital and field marketing initiatives. Scheduling and Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external operations, ensuring seamless multi-team interactions. Content Production Support: Assist in scheduling and executing video/content production, collaborating with internal teams. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for operational efficiency Business Analytics: Conduct basic market and customer analysis, contribute to go-to-market strategies. Troubleshooting: Smartly resolve operational glitches with tact during day-to-day activities. Project Management: Oversee tasks for timely completion according to the plan. What are we looking for? Smart and agile in task switching or task shifting Good and mature in communication with both internal and external stakeholders Technical bend in approaching to glitches, challenges, and errors Task-oriented and timelines adherence with startup mindset and a go-getter attitude Educational qualification BBA (preferred) Work experience - 0 to 2 years experience, prior experience in content operations related areas or ed-tech is a plus
