Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Operations Manager to lead and scale our driver and supply operations in Meghalaya. You will play a key role in expanding our driver network, building strong community and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth, data-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand Driver Supply
• Drive growth in the number of active and online drivers on the platform.
• Union & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong partnerships with auto and cab unions to improve adoption and loyalty.
• Supply Optimization
• Monitor driver activity, availability, and performance; implement strategies to improve service reliability.
• Local Market Growth
• Identify high-potential micro-markets and execute on-ground campaigns to boost engagement.
• Government Collaboration
• Work closely with local government bodies to align on transport goals and execute joint initiatives.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of Operations Executives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Experience with mobility platforms, unions, or local government stakeholders is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Meghalaya’s local geography and market.
• Proficiency in Khasi (speaking and reading) is mandatory.
