Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) Minimum 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Content Marketing / Brand Management or similar profiles What will you do? Dive into LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track performance, uncover insights, and help make decisions that move the needle. Every click counts. Experiment, tweak, and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting until conversion rates hit the sweet spot and ROAS soars. Work hand-in-hand with content, design, and development teams to bring fresh, high- performing ads to life and explore new avenues for growth. Website Management A website isn’t just a digital storefront—it’s an experience. Lead the charge on revamps, content refreshes, and UI overhauls to keep it sharp, engaging, and on-brand. Stay ahead of the curve. Implement website analytics and track traffic patterns to uncover trends, optimize performance, and make every visitor count. Visibility is everything. Optimise for search engines with SEO and SEM strategies that put your content in front of the right audience at the right time. Content Management Be the voice of innovation, research emerging trends, Generative AI breakthroughs, and industry shifts, and turn insights into engaging blogs, social posts, and beyond. Understand the tech, make AI your friend. Craft compelling business cases and case studies that make an impact. Align content with business goals, crafting narratives that resonate across online and offline channels. Polish, refine, perfect. Edit and proofread until every piece of content is crisp, engaging, and on-brand. Social Media Management Lead ideation and brainstorming for continuous visibility and engagement for smartSense's social media and ensure seamless execution. Actively participate and take initiatives in strategy meetings for various marketing projects. Participate in performance marketing, social media analytics, creative design, and so on. Keep up-to-date social media accounts at all times. Ensure regular management of the company's social media community and provide required support on daily basis. Event Management Collaborate with the organising team for internal company events such as Workshops, Meet- ups, Fun Fridays, Festivals, Ideathons, etc.. Strategise a marketing plan for these events and ensure successful execution. Lead Profiling and Research Identify, segment, and build a database of high-potential prospects based on industry, company size, behaviour, and engagement. Leverage the power of LinkedIn, website analytics, and other tools to uncover patterns and refine lead segmentation. Know what works. Analyse lead sources, conversion journeys, and engagement trends to assist in crafting razor-sharp targeting strategies. Work in sync with the sales team to align lead qualification criteria.
