Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Develop and drive marketing strategy for specific portfolio themes of Capgemini in a geography market
  • Be the lead marketing anchor for initiatives in this market. Establish and drive a 2- 3 year marketing plan aligned to global and local GTM initiatives across portfolio themes
  • Work with business stakeholders, set the marketing budget & goals, create world class marketing campaigns
  • Focus on demand generation through cross sell up sell in existing accounts as well as new logo acquisition
  • Prepare reports and insights on Marketing Contribution to Sales and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Work with key leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans
  • Create avenues which are at the crossroads of portfolios and sectors and work with sector marketing managers to drive campaigns on those specific areas in addition to horizontal portfolio themes
  • Manage campaigns end to end (strategy, research, web services, event support, thought leadership, social media but not limited to these)
  • Leverage state-of-the-art marketing techniques, like e-mail marketing, (paid and organic) social media, sales navigator, digital marketing & advertisement
Job Requirements
Must have:
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in marketing & communications in a large IT MNC/India service pure plays
  • Should have driven end to end execution of marketing programs and initiatives
  • Should have hands on experience in driving result-oriented campaigns for demand/lead generation, new logo acquisition
Good to have:
  • Familiarization with branding campaigns and latest trends in digital media / digital advertisement / SEO / paid social media
Primary Skills:
  • Candidates with prior experience in project management, planning, defining, and executing global marketing will be preferred
  • Exceptional skills in time management and managing stakeholders

Specification / Skills / Experience

  • Post graduate degree MBA /diploma in marketing from a reputed institution.
  • Digital marketing certified
  • Should exhibit entrepreneur spirit and a proactive mind set
  • Strong strategic business understanding of the IT services/ business consulting market
  • Should have a drive for excellence and contribute to building a High-Performance Team
  • Team management experience will be a plus
  • Exposure to CRM marketing module desirable
  • Demonstrated track record in managing marketing through an offshore-onshore model
  • Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects
  • Structured and process oriented
  • Creative, innovative, and quality excellence
  • Experience in marketing automation system such as Pardot
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Great aptitude for quick learning
