Role: Associate Manager - Strategic Initiatives Description: Strategic Solution Development: Ability to conceptualize, validate, and refine technology solutions in the pharma commercial space, using market signals and stakeholder feedback to ensure successful implementations. Cross-functional Collaboration Skilled in working with design, user experience, and technical teams to create wireframes, assess feasibility, and lead the development of proofs of concept (POCs) for market validation. Leadership Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and managing Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while overseeing the successful replication and scaling of tech solutions.
