As a SAP Presales Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with various teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Experience in Presales activities like Proposal preparation and SOW preparation - Good experience in more than 2 SAP Logistics modules - Ability to read and understand RFIs and RFPs - Experience in tracking and publishing meeting notes - Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with different teams - Collaboration with onsite and offshore teams - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Handling customer calls effectively - Refining the scope, assumption, outscope, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project - Knowledge of SAP Products Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Working independently on RFIs and RFPs - Planning and executing the proposal life cycle - Improving the proposal process and suggesting process improvements - Understanding SAP Solutions and various modules - Industry Knowledge to address specific industry needs - Research Skills to gather client information and market trends - Persuasive Writing to highlight SAP solutions' value - Collaboration with technical teams, sales, and stakeholders - Presentation Skills to present proposals clearly - Attention to Detail in proposal creation and management - Adaptability to adjust proposals based on feedback You will be working from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST with the flexibility to stretch or work odd hours as per project requirements. Your ability to write and organize comprehensive proposals, technical documentation, review and edit proposals, and tailor each proposal to meet client needs will be essential in this role.
