Job Description

PSL (Program Support Lead) Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Six Sigma projects - Lead or facilitated Six Sigma project within the last year with a positive result - Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is required or at least with a Project Management certification - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Roles and Responsibilities: Develop process workflows and coordinate cross-functionally within to monitor implementation and make best use of expertise in project management Provide lean recommendations to strengthen internal controls by ensuring correct measurements are implemented according to the agreed action plans with Operations Maintain communication with clients to actively develop partnership and assist with strategies toward effective process improvements for respective line of business Own/Lead process changes Expectations: Design and establish plans using Six Sigma methodologies and proactively monitor project milestones Ensure overall integrity of each project, focusing on consistencies and coherences with data and findings Deliver commitments to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and policies are adhered to Ensure project completion through implementation to Operations
