Job Description

Ensure all processes are delivered with high quality by the team, including smooth month-end, quarter-end, and annual budget closings. Keep guidelines and supporting documentation up to date. Actively participate in monthly meetings with stakeholders and implement action plans. Engage in key learnings meetings within the FP&A team. Train colleagues and drive a quality mindset. Drive new tasks and stabilize them. Work closely with Process Experts and Advanced Business Analysts to support the Manager in driving FP&A and Global Finance initiatives. Supporting manager in achieving team priorities/goals and Global finance Initiatives and supporting respective line of business in planning, coordination, key learnings, and review for critical activities. Identifying and driving the new tasks and transitions in line with offshoring methodology. Driving standardisation projects and initiatives in the respective line of business Coordinating with controllers and LoB s on the process. Ensuring all the process delivered with high quality from the team Coaching & developing talents within the team. Guide & mentor, the team to achieve their aspiration as per the IDP. Give timely feedback for the continuous improvements. Qualifications Bachelor s/master s degree in finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute with minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience. Minimum 5 years experience in people management. Experience or sound understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis, including business controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and strong Excel/presentation skills. Knowledge of Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry. Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. Ability to provide recommendations despite uncertainty and pressure. Pro-activeness and self-driven attitude. Good communication and presentation skills. A team player mindset.
