JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE : Associate Manager DEPARTMENT : Accounts Finance SUB- DEPTT : Financial Planning Data Analysis JOB TYPE : Full time / Contract Job Req ID : 1001 Job Summary: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize manufacturing operations and corporate decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Business Performance Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to assess business performance. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking efficiency and productivity. Process Improvement Optimization: Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend improvements. Work with departments like production, supply chain, and finance to streamline operations. Financial Budget Analysis: Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis. Support investment decisions and cost-saving initiatives by providing relevant data. Data Management Reporting: Develop business intelligence reports using Excel, or other analytical tools. Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless data flow. Market Industry Research: Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend evaluations. Key Skills Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Adv Excel, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and business workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Qualifications Experience: Bachelor s degree Finance, or Chemical Engineering /Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
