Role Overview: As the Managed Services Implementation Manager at Sakon, you will lead client onboarding and implementation activities to ensure the seamless delivery of Sakon's Managed Services. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions. To excel in this role, you need strong business acumen, process expertise, and a dedication to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, serving as the main liaison for Managed Services. - Conduct structured sessions to gather and analyze client requirements. - Ensure solutions in the Statement of Work align with client expectations and best practices. - Evaluate requirements against standard processes, identifying and escalating exceptions requiring custom solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement solutions for non-standard processes. - Provide guidance on platform best practices to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. - Maintain high standards of client support through timely communication and issue resolution. - Configure systems based on client specifications and perform validation testing. - Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including solution configurations, architecture diagrams, process maps, workflows, and manuals. - Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to Steady State teams prior to Go-Live. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and solution progress. - Support and mentor the Onboarding and Implementation team, contributing to technical development and career growth. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience of 5+ years in client onboarding, implementation, or service delivery roles. - Strong understanding of business processes and solutioning methodologies. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in documentation tools and client interaction tracking systems. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in telecom, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
