Job Overview:

The Managed Services Implementation Manager will lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring seamless delivery of Sakon's Managed Services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, process expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, acting as the main liaison for Managed Services.
  • Conduct structured sessions to gather and analyse client requirements.
  • Ensure solutions outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) align with client expectations and best practices.
  • Evaluate requirements against standard processes; identify and escalate exceptions requiring custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement solutions for non-standard processes.
  • Provide guidance on platform best practices to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of client support through timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Configure systems based on client specifications; perform validation testing.
  • Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including:
  • Solution configurations and architecture diagrams.
  • Client-specific requirement and solution documents.
  • Process maps, workflows, and manuals.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to Steady State teams prior to Go-Live.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and solution progress.
  • Support and mentor the Onboarding and Implementation team, contributing to technical development and career growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or service delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and solutioning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and client interaction tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in telecom, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
