Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with the brands voice and appeals to the target audience. Participate in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence. Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling. Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach. Work with influencer agencies to create and manage campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences. Create detailed briefs for influencers, ensuring content consistency and quality. Key Skills Required : 4-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing. Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles. Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video. Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies. Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
