Job Title: Associate Manager Horticulture (Projects) Location: Naroda Reports To : Plantation Project Lead / Head- Environment --- Role Summary The Associate Manager Horticulture (Projects) will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing horticultural projects to enhance biodiversity, community development, and environmental sustainability. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing resource allocation. The Associate Manager will lead efforts in the mass plantation of native trees, and implementation of innovative horticultural practices to achieve project objectives..--- Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure support and collaboration for horticultural initiatives. Resource Optimization: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and impact. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Innovation and Sustainability: Introduce innovative horticultural techniques and sustainability practices to enhance biodiversity and achieve long-term environmental benefits. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills Education: M.Sc. Horticulture / M.Sc. Forestry Experience: 4+ years of experience in Horticulture Projects / Project management Role.\ Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge about Horticulture practices, Plant anatomy. Financial Acumen: Preparation of precise Estimates and Budget. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
