About The/Nudge: The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners. Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover, and more. Set up with support from 100+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations including Gates, Mackenzie Scott, Vinod Khosla, Nandan, Tata Trusts, Skoll, Meta, LinkedIn, HDFC, Mphasis, KPMG, LOreal, we are contributing towards a "poverty-free India, within our lifetime". Gujarat Social Entrepreneurship Fund (G-SEF): The/Nudge Institute ( TNI) has signed an MOU with Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Limited (GLPC) to support social enterprises enabling rural livelihoods for underserved communities. The fund aims to provide grants to for-profit and nonprofit social enterprises over the next five years. The team running the Fund will be housed in GLPC. TNI will provide technical assistance to GLPC and will be responsible for designing the institutional mechanism, guidelines, criteria, operational plans, mentorship, and go-to-market support to startups funded through the Fund. TNI will also coordinate with the Project Management Unit (PMU) setup in GLPC and conduct its training and capacity building to achieve the stated objectives Job Overview: Support timely planning and execution of the G-SEF Fund Organize and manage events and meetings Work with entrepreneurs and the G-SEF PMU team to ensure timely and appropriate allocation and disbursement of funds Support the PMU team in organizing and coordinating activities with The/Nudge Institute Support the G-SEF Coordinator in managing the G-SEF fund Collate and analyze data to draw insights in the context of any research ask as appropriate for team needs Qualification: Masters degree in Commerce, finance, public policy, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Fluent in Gujarati and English, with written and verbal communication abilities. 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in the start-up ecosystem Experience in managing events Can work with multiple stakeholders under a high-pressure environment Strong communication skills The ability to learn fast and be good at multitasking Excellent time management skills and attention to detail MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills A can-do attitude
