Associate Manager - FP&A

Job Summary:

The AM FP&A is responsible to deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
• Provide variance analysis on actual results versus forecast/budget and highlight key business drivers.
• Partner with business units to understand financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Review and improve existing financial processes and tools to drive efficiency and automation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and accounting standards.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and participate in strategy sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
